- Persons may be substituted within a tour without penalty.
- There is no penalty if the tour is cancelled or changed 7 days prior to the date of the tour.
- There is a penalty if within 7 days of the tour you cancel the tour for any reason, or if the number of people changes to less than originally booked .
- 50% of total tour price if cancelled;
- 50% of individual tour price if a person(s) cancels.
- No refunds or credits are given for ‘no shows’, guests that miss the departure time or leave the tour before it is finished.
- There are no refunds for any changes to or cancellation on the day of the tour.
