Where do you pick up?
Airbnbs and STAs in Prince Edward County regions like Carrying Place, Waupoos, South Shore, Sophiasburg and Ameliasburg may be out of our pick-up limits and may be subject to a $15/person surcharge.

In 2021, we will be offering pickup and drop-off at select hotels in Belleville. The full list of participating hotels will be released in the New Year.
When do you operate?
PEC Wine Tours operates wine tours 7 days a week, year-round except Christmas day Boxing day and New Year’s Day. From December 1st to February 15th our business office is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. The rest of the year the business office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm; Saturday & Sunday 9am to 2pm.
What kind of vehicle will we be in?
We have a number of different vehicles in our fleet including 14 & 24 passenger vans, SUVs, and limousines. For the ultimate in luxury, we have a Rolls-Royce Ghost available for private tours from April through the end of October.
Do we get to choose? Can we have a limo?
Vehicles are booked and assigned based on guide and vehicle availability, pick up location, group size and other bookings for the date. We CANNOT guarantee the availability/assignment of any one particular vehicle unless you have booked a private limousine tour or a Rolls-Royce tour.
How many wineries do we go to?
You will visit 4 wineries and at each winery, each person will taste 3 wines.
Which wineries will we visit?
We have preset itineraries for our wine tours. Each vehicle has a different set of wineries for its tour. We book appointments at all wineries two weeks in advance of all tours.
Can we buy wine at the wineries we visit?
Yes! In fact, it’s strongly encouraged. Many of the wineries we visit are smaller wineries whose products may not be available in the LCBO.
Do we need to book ahead?
Yes, all of our tours are by reservation only. We currently require tours to be booked one week in advance. We do not offer day-of bookings. If you’re looking for a tour within the next 3 days, please call us at 613-393-8988.
What if we need to cancel?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or changes to the number of people otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Is it okay to give our guide a tip?
It’s all about the experience and our guides do their best to ensure you have a great time on your tour. Tips are most appreciated. Typically $10-15 per person is considered a standard tip.
Should I leave a review?
