In order to reserve a tour, the business office must be contacted by email or phone and a credit card number must be provided to secure the reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Gift cards are available to purchase and can be used to pay for a tour but a credit card must be provided to reserve a tour. All of our pricing is in Canadian dollars.
Tours are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation with a booking ID number. All tours must be prepaid by credit card or a valid gift card number. If the gift card does not cover the full amount of the tour the balance will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer at time of booking.
We collect customer information to the extent required to accurately reserve a wine tour.
We are a provincially incorporated company operating in Ontario. Any and all disputes are governed by the laws of Ontario.
