Cancellation or Change Policy

Persons may be substituted within a tour without penalty.
There is no penalty if the tour is cancelled or changed 7 days prior to the date of the tour.
There is a penalty if within 7 days of the tour you cancel the tour for any reason, or if the number of people changes to less than originally booked .
- 50% of total tour price if cancelled;
- 50% of individual tour price if a person(s) cancels.
No refunds or credits are given for ‘no shows’, guests that miss the departure time or leave the tour before it is finished.
There are no refunds for any changes to or cancellation on the day of the tour.
